In this project for UPF, we were asked to create a company with a specific niche, strategic planning skills, client acquisition potential, and a consulting approach within its sector.

Solution

We decided to bet on Catalan music talent, a scene full of creativity, but often lacking real opportunities. That's how KOLLA was born: a platform acting as the voice and guiding hand for Catalan artists looking for direction, visibility, and a reference point in the industry.

We built the concept around the idea of a "kolla" (inspired by kolla, a slang twist on "crew" or group of friends spelled with a K), representing a tight-knit community where artists support each other rather than compete. Our motto was simple: authenticity first. Us, the artists, and the music, no filters, no overthinking.

The goal was to challenge a Catalan music scene packed with talent but short on opportunity. Through KOLLA, we aimed to break that barrier and give a voice to artists who often get overlooked simply because of their context, helping them connect more directly and honestly with their own music culture.

Krema Kat is a themed party that aims to give a voice to Catalan artists from Barcelona's new wave. It is a meeting point for creators, artists, personalities, and Gen Z. Designed around the values of the new Catalan generations, it seeks fun in an atmosphere of total freedom, while never forgetting our roots.
